In Germany, died a famous writer and Nobel laureate Günter Grass – First Channel

It is no secret left-wing, opposed the unification of Germany, ridiculed the modern system of world order. 9 years ago, the writer admitted that at the end of World War II he served in the “Waffen SS” – although it insisted that did not make a single shot. And in 2012 he published a poem in which he called Israel a threat to the peace, for which he was accused of anti-Semitism and denied the right of entry to the country. In recent years, Grasse has repeatedly said that writing novels he no longer allows health. He died in a clinic in the city of Lübeck. Günter Grass was 87 years.
