MOSCOW, June 2nd. / TASS /. Ministry of Culture officially begins to regulate the schedule of releases of films in cinemas in Russia. The corresponding decree of the RF Government “On approval of Regulations on issuance, refusal to issue and withdrawal of the rolling certificate to the film and the Rules of the National Film Registry” now enters into force.
Paragraphs 13 to 16 of the document relating to this measure, not fixed in the previously existing rules granting rolling certificates.
