Moscow. On 10 November. INTERFAX.RU – Vocalist Irish band The Cranberries Dolores O’Riordan was detained after allegedly attacked a flight attendant, reports BBC News.
The incident happened on November 10 in an airplane airline Aer Lingus, flying from New York to Shannon Irish city. Causes of aggression O’Riordan, as well as details of the attack are unknown.
The crew reported the incident cops, and those detained O’Riordan after the plane landed. It is noted that the detention of the soloist The Cranberries resisted and attacked one of the officers.
According to The Guardian, the flight attendant was taken to hospital with an injured leg, and the police have not received serious injuries, and he did not require hospitalization.
The Cranberries Group was founded in 1989 and has achieved the greatest success in the 1990s. Among the most famous songs of the collective – Dreams, Linger, Zombie, Ode to My Family. From 2003 to 2009, the band focused on their own projects. In 2009, The Cranberries went on a concert tour, and in 2011 started to record a new album Roses, which was released a year later.
