The American broadcaster NBC will take a new version of the fantasy series “Xena – Warrior Princess.” The premiere of the first episode is scheduled for 2016, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The project will work the creators of the original series, Robert Tapert and Sam Raimi. No other details have not yet reported.
Will there be a new series of 47-year-old actress Lucy Lawless, embodied on the screen the image of Xena, is also unknown. However, in an interview with internet portal Den of Geek, she said that she would return to that role.
