Earlier, the French edition of Ouest-France reported that Depardieu and Emir Kusturica put in a list of 600 people who “threaten the national security of Ukraine”.
According to the Minister of Culture of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, there is a list of 117 artists, that supposedly “represent a threat to national security of Ukraine.” This list is sent to the Office of the National Security and Defense in January.

Kirilenko refuted the French edition of the ban on the demonstration of films featuring Depardieu. “It’s not about banning all movies and products developed with the participation of the actor” – he said.
