The UNESCO World Heritage List includes the Champagne vineyards – Kommersant

Historic vineyards and the place where the wine produced in the Champagne region of France, entered the list of UNESCO World Heritage, according to AFP. Status applies to “the place where sparkling wines created by the method of secondary fermentation in the bottle from the beginning of the XVII century to the early industrialization of production in the XIX century”, – reported in the UNESCO.
