MOSCOW, August 24 – RIA Novosti. The funeral of People’s Artist of the USSR Lev Durov, who died on 84 th year of life after a long illness, passed on Monday at the Novodevichy Cemetery, RIA Novosti reported the press service Malaya Bronnaya Theatre, where the actor served until his last days.

Lev Konstantinovich Durov’s Tomb is located next to the resting place of outstanding contemporary singer Yelena Obraztsova.

People’s Artist of the USSR Lev Durov, died August 20 at the 84 th year of life after a long and serious illness. About hospitalization Durov became known on 7 August his condition is extremely difficult.

Russian actor, director, People’s Artist of the USSR Lev Durov was born December 23, 1931 in Moscow. Durov family belongs to the famous dynasty of Russian circus performers. In 1967, he entered the Moscow Durov Theatre on Malaya Bronnaya. In the movie, Lev Durov began acting in 1954 and has played more than 160 roles.
