The US authorities gave the French masterpiece by Pablo Picasso, who was considered kidnapped nearly a dozen years. A special ceremony was held at the French Embassy in Vashintone.

Cubist painting “hairdresser” (La Coiffeuse), belonging to the French authorities, was stolen from the museum store of the Pompidou Center in Paris.
In December 2014 the picture was sent to the United States from Belgium, describing it in the documents as “art crafts”, worth 30 euros.
