“In comparison to earlier approved rules contain new provisions, including subsidies for the creation of conditions for the display of national films in settlements with a population of 100 thousand people,” – said in a reference to the document.
Also, the Ministry of Culture will allocate money for tiflokommentirovanie and subtitling national films if had already been supported in the production and (or) the box of pictures. The document also spelled out the grounds for refusal of subsidizing filmmakers, as well as separately allocated ban on the conversion of the received subsidies in foreign currency, the report says.
Earlier, Culture Minister Vladimir Medina reported that the Ministry of Culture of Russia in 2016 will provide Cinema Fund funds for film production on an irrevocable basis, whereas previously 50% of the funds had to be returned after the creation of the painting. -0 –
