Putin and Obama agreed on a peace agreement on Syria – Rosbalt.RU


 Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that it had a telephone conversation with his US counterpart Barack Obama, in which Russia and the US agreed on a cease-fire in Syria from 27 February.

 

 According to Putin, speaking the initiative came from the Russian side, however, the interest was mutual.

 According to him, before noon on February 26, all the warring parties in Syria must confirm the Russian Federation or the United States its commitment to the ceasefire.
