Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree dismissed Vladimir Dmitriev of the Chairman of the State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)”. This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
By another decree of the head of state appointed Chairman of Vnesheconombank Sergey Gor.
Sergei Gorkov born December 1, 1968 in the Orenburg region. In 1994 he graduated from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on a specialty “Jurisprudence”, in 2002 – Russian Economic Academy named after GV Plekhanov on specialty “Finance and credit”.
In 1994-1997 he was deputy head of the department, the chief of department on work with the bank “Menatep” staff. From 1997 to 2005, he worked in senior positions in the personnel department “Yukos” oil companies and “Yukos-Moscow”. Since November 2008 – Director of the Personnel Policy Department of OJSC “Sberbank of Russia”. In October 2010, put on the board and was appointed vice-president of the Board of Sberbank.
Earlier media reported that Gorky can change Dmitriev as head of VEB.
