As the “RG” Senior Assistant Head Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Sheptytsky, the investigation will be conducted under the article of causing death by negligence to two or more persons (part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code).

So far, we consider two versions of the causes of the tragedy – the wiring or careless handling of fire. At the site of the fire are still working staff of operational services: interrogated witnesses, the question of the necessary expertise.

As noted in the UK, the investigation also intends to assess the actions or inaction of officials on the grounds of negligence, which could also lead to death family.

To clarify the circumstances of the incident are also connected and prosecutors of the republic. The staff of the supervisory authority will check compliance with fire safety requirements of the burnt house.

Let us recall the tragedy occurred at night on January 9 in the village of Old Kuvak Leninogorsk District. At the site of a fire in a one-story residential house it was found the bodies of 47-year-old woman and five children were born in 2005-2015. The wife of the deceased was taken to the hospital with third-degree burns. In the house lived a family with six children. One of them has survived since the time of the tragedy was visiting her grandmother.
