Changed the licensing procedure for the conservation of cultural heritage – BalTpp

In the Government believe that the changes will stop the practice of performing work on the conservation of cultural objects unskilled performers.

Resolution of the Russian Government №804 «On Amendments to the Regulation on Licensing the conservation of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture) of the Russian Federation “provides for the need for another step to apply for a license to confirm the presence of contracts with employees with training, qualifications and work experience of at least 3 years.

The decree also defines the change in the list of grave violations of licensing requirements. By gross violations attributed to the involvement of the conservation of cultural heritage workers who do not have the necessary qualifications and work experience.
