 singer, ITAR-TASS reported. Winehouse had turned 31.

Authorities
 London Borough of Camden made an exception, giving permission for the erection of
 sculpture. According to the existing tradition in the British capital, the monument
 anyone can build only 20 years after the death. Amy Winehouse
 died in the summer of 2011. The cause of death was alcohol poisoning,
 transmits radio “Vesti FM”.
