Last week, the world opera singer Anna Netrebko has donated 1 million. rubles for the restoration of the Donetsk Opera, affected by the regular shelling of the Ukrainian army.
The funds were mainly on material assistance to employees Opera and their families who, like thousands of other residents of Donbass, including the elderly and the disabled, were deprived of benefits from Ukraine.
Thus, each of the 304 employees and theater artists were paid 3 thousand rubles totaling 912,000 rubles.
Another 80,000 had been spent on the partial restoration of hard sets, which suffered badly during the shelling Ukrainian punitive.
