The regular awards ceremony of the European Film Academy, which is the equivalent of a “Oscars”. Of the main intrigue of the evening was the nomination “Best European Film”. The 27th ceremony on the nomination claimed five films. This is the work of Ruben Estlunda “Force Majeure”, Nuri Bilge Ceylan with its “hibernation”, “Ida”, authored by Pavel Pawlikowski, “Nymphomaniac” Lars von Trier, and of course the famous “Leviathan”, shot by Andrei Zvyaigntsevym.
