KIEV, November 28 – RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian Security Service has announced persona non grata Russian artist Sergei Penkin, press secretary of the department Elena Gitlyanskaya the online edition of “Apostrophe”.
“Sergei Penkin SBU banned enter Ukraine and warned the Ministry of Culture and October Palace” – said Gitlyanskaya.
According to the publication, Penquin planned to give a concert in Kharkov, November 30th. Now in Ukraine sale of tickets for the event is suspended. Also Kharkov Russian singer was going to give a concert in Kiev, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk.
