Novosibirsk, November 20, 2015, 07:00 – REGNUM Director of the Novosibirsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre Vladimir Kehmanu face fines for the repair of the theater. Office of State Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Novosibirsk region revealed violations during repair work in the theater. This was announced by the head of the Alexander Koshelev .

According to the regional administration of the state protection of cultural heritage, the inner workings of permits issued on the basis of the previously agreed with the Ministry of Culture of documentation. In fact were documented cases of such works outside of the agreed documents.
