The need for the monument to Mikhail Bulgakov on the historic site was discussed earlier. So, how to transfer “Interfax” , in 2000, sculptor Alexander Rukavishnikov decided to decorate the Patriarch’s Ponds complex structure. As planned, Bulgakov had to sit on a broken bench on the shore of the pond, Yeshua – to go on-freezing water from the shore and float in the air 12-meter primus available for visitors and decorated with scenes from “The Master and Margarita.” Thus the sculptor intended to present the three worlds – the Bible, the world and the world of evil Muscovites.
