INTERFAX.RU – Decision on issuing or refusal to issue a distribution certificate to the film “Matilda” by Alexei Uchitel will be made after appropriate treatment of the ROCK film Studio, which produces the ribbon, in the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation, has informed “Interfax” in the press service of the Ministry of culture on Wednesday.

Earlier, state Duma Deputy Natalia Polonskaya appealed to the Prosecutor General with a request to conduct a review in relation to the film, which tells about the relationship of Emperor Nicholas II and the ballerina Matilda Kshesinskaya.
