Google has published a ranking of the most viewed videos of 2016 in official company blog. A list of the most popular videos in the world topped the story of automotive night karaoke show Carpool Karaoke host James Corden with the participation of British singer Adele, who received 135 million views.
In second place was video Japanese musician Kazuhito Kosaka Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen with 93 million views.
Also in the top ten music videos, reviews, shows, and other videos, the choice of which account is taken of the time spent by users watching, how many times they shared the video, and the number of comments and likes.
Video of the hit parade of Google in total looked at more than 550 million times. Total viewing time amounted to 25 million hours.
Also, the blog published the top 10 most popular music video of the year in the world and the ratings of the most watched videos in Russia, which was headed by one of the cartoon series “Masha and the Bear” and the music video “Exhibit” grouping “Leningrad”.
