The electoral commission announced the results of the Polish first round of presidential elections – Kommersant

candidate of Poland’s largest opposition political party “Law and Justice”, Andrzej Duda became the winner in the first round of presidential elections, the State Election Commission (GIK) in Poland.

According to the GIC Poland in the first round of presidential elections after the counting of votes in all constituencies took first place Andrzej Duda – 34.76%. In second place – the current President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski with a result of 33,77%.

The second round of the presidential elections will take place in Poland on May 24 because none of the candidates receives more than 50% , said “RIA Novosti”. The next presidential elections were held in Poland last Sunday May 10th. In the fight for the presidency was attended by 11 people.
