British actor Ian McKellen will take part in the festival “Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night”, which will be held from 25 June to 1 July in St. Petersburg.
According to the press service of the British Council, will present the audience McKellen recently restored by the British Film Institute film “Richard III», in which he played a role in 1995.
The actor is also known for his role as Gandalf in “The Lord of the Rings” and Magneto in the Marvel Universe on film.
