thank You for your help and support in organizing the XV Moscow Easter festival, which is now out of the music festival has become one of the cultural symbols of national importance. The forum annually gathers hundreds of thousands of listeners, supporting and continuing traditions of Russian performing arts – composer’s works, both instrumental and vocal performing schools, mastery of bell ringing.
this year the Festival celebrated its fifteenth anniversary and was dedicated to the 125th anniversary since the birth of the great Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev. For 19 days as part of symphonic, choral, chamber and bell-ringing programs of the Festival was held more than 120 concerts. Symphony orchestra of the Mariinsky theatre ran a special train over 14,000 miles, visiting 21 cities of Russia and presenting 34 of the concert program.
Thanks to our cooperation, residents and guests of the Republic got the opportunity to join the best examples of compositional creativity and instrumental performing schools. As before, the speech was remembered by the genuine interest of classical music lovers, a warm welcome and loud applause.
