Depeche Mode arrive in Moscow and Petersburg with a new album.

For a new disk, Depeche Mode already selected the name – Spirit. It will be released in early spring of 2017. About this and about the upcoming Global Spirit Tour musicians told today at a press conference in Milan.

David Gahan, Martin L. Gore and Andy Fletcher came together on a small stage. First stood up and hugged each other to the assembled journalists and fans were able to photograph them. But at the same time to make sure that Depeche Mode still good. Although now live in different countries: lead singer Gahan in the United States, while Gore and Fletcher in the UK, combines creativity of it. Soon even the audience began to chant: “Depeche Mode!” On a press-conferences other musical groups doesn’t usually happen.

- This year we again worked together, and in new York and here in Milan, began the “official” part of the event David Gahan, who occupied the Central seat on the stage (Gore and Fletcher was placed in chairs around the edges). And we are pleased to announce that the recordings of the new songs is going well. We even took on this process in a short film.

The music in the background computer graphics sounded a short time – rather, for illustrative purposes, and the revolution, by the way, is not demonstrated. It again a pulsating electronic rhythm and mesmerizing, addictive in the deep space sound timbres, and, of course, anxious, booming, and sometimes commanding tone Gahan.

At the press conference it was announced about the upcoming world concerts Global Spirit Tour. It has a nice date to which we should pay attention. July 13, Depeche Mode will once again perform in Saint-Petersburg in the arena of “CCM”, July 15 – the capital’s “Opening Scene.” In addition, on July 17, assigned to the only concert in Belarus – “Minsk-Arena”.

In the current tour Depeche Mode will be performing in 32 cities from 21 European countries. And Russia was among the countries where the group decided to ride twice.
