On Saturday, the whole country – from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok – marks the day of the Russian language. Traditionally, it is celebrated on the birthday of Alexander Pushkin, the founder of modern literary words, the “TV Center”.
In Moscow, a large cultural program prepared. On ENEA visitors can listen to live performance of “Eugene Onegin”. And on Pushkin Square near the monument to the great poet in those moments going descendants of Alexander, officials and admirers of his talent. The festive concert sound better poems and excerpts from poems and musical numbers based on the works of Pushkin. Participants include leading artists of Moscow theaters.
