Eldar Ryazanov was born November 18, 1927 in Samara. In 1956 he was released the film “Carnival Night,” which brought him fame. In subsequent years Ryazanov shot such films as “The Girl Without an Address”, “Hussar Ballad”, “Irony of Fate, or Enjoy Your Bath!”, “Office Romance”, “Garage”, “Railway Station for Two”, “A Cruel Romance” and others.

As previously wrote Lenta.ru, Eldar Ryazanov died on the night of November 30, 2015 at the age of 88 years. The director is buried in the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
