The governor of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev dismissed Director of the Department of Culture of the regional government Yulia Shakurskuyu because of the incident with the picture of artist Yuri Rybyakova writes TASS with reference to the head of the press service of the governor Andrei Osipov.

Earlier, the director of the Museum of Fine Arts Tyumen Region Natalia Hvostantseva also been relieved of the post. Administration of the Tyumen department of culture and museum complex named Slovtsov got a picture of the artist to transfer the museum Shemanovsky Salekhard. However, it did not have time to issue the necessary documents, because of what the staff of the Tyumen museum saw this as stealing.

According to him, Hvostantseva and Shakurskaya who came to the museum to make a picture of the artist, violated existing regulations, in connection with which there was a conflict situation.
